Many non-fiction books contain pictures and graphics – some more than others! We have recently produced books containing up to 200 illustrations.
SA Catholic Online Books and its associate imprint Write-On Publishing,has developed its own technique for the digital enhancement of even the most faded and scratched black and white print.
We work with both physical prints, which are carefully scanned and then digitally enhanced – or digital prints. As many of the latter are taken on cell phones these days, they sometimes require a great deal of work to make them print-ready – something we excel at.
The illustrations on this page are from a recent historical book “Cock Tales on the Kowie”, published by our sister imprint Write-On Publishing, which contained more than 200 pictures and graphics, ranging from the very old, to recent family pictures.
