I'm Heather Withers

Heather Lorna Withers was born in South Africa.
However, she spent her childhood in the delightful country known as Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe.
She trained as a nurse and midwife, and tutored underprivileged young people. Her career also involved infection control and training in a large private hospital, and later, marketing and becoming a matron in the retirement industry.
She is married and has three children and ten grand-children. Reading, writing and art have always been her pastime passions.
