I'm Thembisile Ralarala
I am Thembisile Ralarala, born in the poor rural community of Mount Fletcher in the Eastern Cape. I am a mother, not only to my three wonderful boys, but also to hundreds, perhaps thousands of boys and girls whom I have been given the opportunity by my Creator to touch throughout my life and my teaching career.
I spent the last ten years of my teaching career (2006-2016) teaching English as the First Additional Language in Rural and Township Disadvantaged Schools. I have seen my learners struggling to read, let alone read with understanding. I have seen them struggling to write and to master all the language regulations that rule the language, but I am proud that I did my work with determination and commitment.
I walked the extra mile, I worked hard and did what others find it difficult to do in order to achieve my Vision of shaping and incubating Future Leaders.
