I'm Janet Fourie

Janet (nee Doran) Fourie, is a retired primary and preschool teacher, a mother of two and grandmother of two boys. Jan was widowed at the age of 52 and five years later, encountered Jesus in an unmistakable, life-changing way. Towards the end of 2018, Janet heard a call into lay preaching and began studying, at the age of 65, through the Methodist Seminary of Southern Africa. The writing of the evening prayers followed a clear prompting during the Covid pandemic and these prayers are still going out every evening, close to four years later.
