I'm Wendy Barker

Wendy Barker is an 87-year-old grandmother who lives alone in a beautiful old cottage in beautiful Boesman’s River Mouth, near Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape.
She recently discovered that she has a lifetime of thoughts and observations that she would like to share, so she has brought to light some of these thoughts in the form of poems about the past and present in her first little book of poems. Wendy has written two more books of poems and also wrote a brief biography for the benefit of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
